Welcome to LittleH Digital. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of littlehdigital.com and the LittleH Budget application (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Plans and Pricing

We offer a Free plan, a one-time LITE plan, and a PRO subscription billed monthly or yearly. Prices and features are shown on our website and may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Payments and Renewals

Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. By subscribing to a PRO plan, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service, not uploading harmful code, and not using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your Data

The information you enter into LittleH Budget belongs to you. We process it in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own records, and we recommend exporting or backing up important information.

8. Not Financial Advice

LittleH Budget is a tool to help you organise and track your own budget and debt information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility, and you should consult a qualified professional where needed.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance or improvements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software that make up the Service are owned by LittleH Digital or our licensors. You may use the Service for your own personal or business budgeting, but you may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LittleH Digital will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, or savings arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
