Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for products and services offered by LittleH Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) through littlehdigital.com and the LittleH Budget application. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Our Products

We sell digital products and software services, including the LittleH Budget web application. Because these are delivered electronically and accessed instantly, they are treated differently from physical goods.

2. Free Plan

Our Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like and upgrade only when you are ready.

3. One-Time Purchases (LITE)

The LITE plan is a once-off purchase. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the product and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind once the product has been accessed and is working as described.

4. Subscriptions (PRO)

The PRO plan is billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period, and your plan will not renew after you cancel.

5. Consideration Period

Where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a cooling-off period for electronic transactions, we will honour it. Please note that some digital products which are accessed or used immediately may fall outside this right. We will always try to act fairly and in line with the law when reviewing your request.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@littlehdigital.com with your name, the email used at purchase, the product name, your order or payment reference, and a short description of the issue. The more detail you give, the faster we can help.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 14 working days for the funds to reflect.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback or dispute before contacting us can delay a resolution and may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the updated policy.
